Eterna IPA
Eterna IPA presents a refined sensory bridge between British tradition and the bold profile of an American IPA. This 6% ABV ale displays a striking amber hue with copper reflections beneath a creamy, long-lasting head. The aromatic profile is defined by moderate intensity notes of citrus and delicate floral blossoms, underscored by a distinctive freshly cut grass and vegetal character. On the palate, an assertive hop bitterness takes center stage, complemented by a light caramel and toasted malt sweetness that provides structural balance. A subtle astringency and a clean fermentation profile lead into a lingering, hop-forward finish.
Appearance. Medium amber to deep copper in color (approximately 10–14 SRM) with a slight haze. Features a thick, creamy, off-white head with excellent persistence and lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high hop intensity featuring citrus zest, field flowers, and a prominent aroma of freshly cut grass. Supported by a low to medium-low clean, bready, and slightly caramelly malt presence with a clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Firm hop bitterness and flavor characterized by citrus and grassy notes. The initial impression of bitterness is balanced by a medium-low malt sweetness offering hints of toast and light caramel. Finishes medium-dry with a lingering, bitter, and hoppy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth texture and medium-high carbonation. A slight, perceptible astringency is present, accompanied by a very light and well-integrated alcohol warmth.
