This coffee-forward Sweet Stout offers a masterful sensory experience, marrying a smooth, dark base with the bright, aromatic profile of cold-brewed Brazilian Siboney coffee. The aroma is dominated by a freshly brewed morning character, enriched by deep layers of dark chocolate, toasted hazelnut, and salted caramel. Despite its approachable 4.4% ABV, the palate is robust, featuring an elegant fusion of roasted malts and subtle red fruit esters. A light herbal hop presence balances the initial sweetness, leading into a surprising dry finish with a lingering, pleasant acidity that highlights the coffee's origin and the beer's refined craftsmanship.
Appearance. Dark brown with brilliant clarity and visible ruby highlights when held to the light. Crowned by a creamy, beige head with good persistence and light lacing.
Aroma. High intensity of freshly roasted coffee with a distinct Brazilian Siboney origin character. Secondary notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut, and caramel are supported by low herbal hop notes and a subtle hint of red fruit esters.
