This Italian Grape Ale is a sophisticated collaboration showcasing the terroir of Ribeira Sacra through twelve grape varieties. The inclusion of Mencía, Merenzao, Brancellao, Sousón, Caiño, and Espadeiro red grapes, alongside Godello, Albariño, Loureira, Treixadura, Torrontés, and Blanco Lexítimo white grapes, creates a complex sensory profile. It opens with an aroma of grape candy and vinous nuances, supported by a clean gold appearance. The palate features a delicate balance between fruit-forward acidity and a dry, lingering bitterness. Despite its potent strength, the alcohol is elegantly integrated into a long, refreshing finish, reflecting a masterful blend of brewing and winemaking traditions.
