Layers of Tostada and Tostada Checa Suelo introduce intense notes of biscuit and black licorice. The use of Carafa adds deep impressions of roasted coffee and dark cacao, while Carabohemian lends a subtle, sweet caramel finish. Aromatic hints of wood and smoke are balanced by a moderate floral hop character. Despite the absence of alcohol, the beer maintains a robust character where early sweetness evolves into a balanced, toasted bitterness.
Appearance. Deep black with brilliant copper and ruby highlights. Crowned by a generous, rocky, and persistent dark beige head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity dominated by roasted malts. Pronounced notes of fresh coffee, cocoa, and lightly charred wood are layered over a base of bready biscuit. Subtle smoky undertones meld with sweet caramel and a moderate floral hop presence.
