The sensory experience is defined by an assertive hop profile that radiates bright notes of ripe peach, crisp pear, and autumn apple. This vibrant fruitiness is anchored by a complex foundation derived from three types of specialty malts, which provide a subtle toasted depth without overshadowing the hops. A firm, cleansing bitterness characterizes the palate, balancing the initial fruity sweetness and leading into a dry, lingering finish that highlights the beer's hop-centric craftsmanship.

Appearance. Deep gold to light amber (10-14 SRM); clear brilliance with a medium-sized, persistent off-white head that leaves moderate lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by stone fruit and pome fruit, specifically peach, pear, and red apple. A low to medium-low malt presence provides subtle toasted and light caramel notes from the specialty malts, while the fermentation profile remains clean.

Taste. The initial impression is a burst of orchard fruit flavors, echoing the peach and pear found in the aroma. This is immediately followed by a medium-high to high hop bitterness that provides a sharp, clean edge. A light, grainy malt sweetness and touch of toast offer a supportive backbone, though the balance remains decidedly bitter. The finish is dry and lingering with a hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively mouthfeel. A very light, smooth alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, with no detectable astringency.
