This Double New England IPA presents a lush, tropical landscape driven by a massive infusion of Ekuanot and Citra hops. The sensory experience leads with high-intensity aromas of ripe pineapple and succulent mango, anchored by a bright citrus base. On the palate, the hop-forward profile delivers waves of tropical fruit supported by a soft, pillowy structure derived from the generous use of wheat and oats alongside the base barley malt. Despite its significant strength, the finish remains remarkably smooth, showcasing the aromatic potential of the double dry-hopping process without harshness, embodying a modern, fruit-centric approach to the style.

Appearance. Golden (7 SRM) with a thick, white, persistent head and a characteristic hazy, opaque appearance.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of ripe pineapple, mango, and a supporting citrus foundation of lime and grapefruit. Low, neutral, grainy malt character in the background with light fruity fermentation esters.

Taste. Strong tropical fruit flavors dominated by mango and pineapple from Ekuanot and Citra. Malt flavor is low and bready, providing a soft backdrop. Bitterness is moderate and smooth, lacking any harshness. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering, pleasant citrus and tropical fruit aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a silky, creamy texture from the addition of oats and wheat. Carbonation is moderate. A smooth, restrained alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated.
