This Coffee Porter presents a decadent sensory profile centered on a cold brew of Brazil Minas Gerais natural catuaí rojo coffee. The base of Pale Ale, Chocolate, Crystal Light, and Pilsner malts, augmented by Oat and Wheat for a silky texture, creates a rich mahogany foundation. Distinctive aromas of toasted almond, liquorice, and a hint of green fruit merge with Tahitian vanilla and cocoa nibs. Despite the use of Columbus, Cascade, and Willamette hops, the profile is driven by roasted coffee bitterness and chocolatey depth. It finishes with a lingering, smooth vanilla sweetness that balances the robust torrefied character.

Appearance. Intense mahogany and opaque in color. Crowned by a creamy, persistent beige head with excellent lacing.
