Encara que caiguin les fulles a la tardor els llúpols continuen donant els seus fruits brindant amb notes i combinacions de varietats espectaculars com aquesta que hem escollit. Per aquesta TIPA de 9 graus hem seleccionat el llúpol Vic secret que ens aporta notes de fusta de roure, fruites dolces com la pinya i cítriques, aquestes notes de pinya queden potenciades per la presència del Bru-1 que també aporta aquest perfil i altres notes de poma i pera. Totes aquestes notes de fruita dolça, fruita verda i fusta descansen sobre una subtil capa d’aromes a raïm blanc, cítrics i herba acabada de tallar que ens aporta els llúpols Hallertau blanc i Citra.

Tras el éxito de la triple hyperactive hemos querido hacer otra TIPA de aspecto hazy para acabar el año, esta vez hemos vuelto a colaborar con nuestros amigos de Resident Culture de EEUU.

Aunque caigan las hojas en otoño los lúpulos continúan dando sus frutos brindando con notas y combinaciones de variedades espectaculares como esta que hemos escogido. Para esta TIPA de 9 grados hemos seleccionado el lúpulo Vic secret que n aporta notas de madera de roble, frutas dulces como la piña y cítricas, estas notas de piña quedan potenciadas por la presencia del Bru-1 que también aporta este perfil y otras notas de manzana y pera. Todas estas notas de fruta dulce, fruta verde y madera descansan sobre una sutil capa de aromas a uva blanca, cítricos y hierba acabada de cortar que nos aporta los lúpulos Hallertau blanc y Citra.

After the success of the triple hyperactive we wanted to do another hazy-l TIPA for the end of the year, this time we have collaborated again with our friends from Resident Culture in USA.

Although the leaves fall in autumn, hops continue to bear fruit, toasting with notes and combinations of spectacular varieties like this one we have chosen. For this TIPA of 9 degrees we have selected the secret Vic hops that gives us notes of oak wood, sweet fruits such as pineapple and citrus, these pineapple notes are enhanced by the presence of Bru-1 that also provides this profile and other notes of apple and pear. All these notes of sweet fruit, green fruit and wood rest on a subtle layer of aromas of white grapes, citrus and freshly cut grass that provides us with the white Hallertau and Citra hops.

Ideal to enjoy after a walk in the mountains or an intense working day! Go on it doesn’t look like it has 9 degrees! Less
