También incluye lúpulos Zeus y Amarillo. Esta nueva West Coast IPA de Espiga tiene 6,8% de ABV y 55 de IBU. Espiga Carson The Legend tiene un cristalino color ámbar, con una espuma firme y cremosa. Destacan los aromas frescos de cítricos (lima, pomelo) y frutales (melón, mango). En boca se aprecian los sabores a frutas tropicales y cítricos dejando un intenso sabor resinoso, herbal y seco al final del trago.Sobre Espiga
Espiga es la pasión por crear una cerveza diferente, natural y de proximidad. La vocación de dos biólogos por dar vida a una cerveza con personalidad y carácter especial. De calidad, única. Elaborada en el corazón del Penedés. Una cerveza para disfrutar, no solo de la propia cerveza, sino también de todo el proceso: desde la primera idea, las primeras pruebas, toda su elaboración. Arnau Rovira y Teresa Galván iniciaron el proyecto conjuntamente en 2012. Después de sus experiencias internacionales en Dinamarca y Alemania. Empezando como Gypsy Brewers, se fueron haciendo sitio en barras, neveras y ferias de cerveza; y a partir de ahí dar el salto y abrir su propia fábrica en Sant Llorenç d’Hortons.
Después de ocho años dando vida a cervezas llenas de intención. Su fábrica de cerveza cuenta con una capacidad de producción de 2.000 hL anuales. Desde allí distribuyen a toda Cataluña y España. Exportan a otros países europeos como el Reino Unido, Alemania, Suecia, Noruega, Francia, Italia, Serbia, Estados Unidos y Rusia. En Espiga se declaran devotos del lúpulo y la fruta, y eso se refleja en sus cervezas por sus notas afrutadas, herbáceas y su frescura.
