This Hazy IPA is a vibrant collaboration showcasing the tropical synergy of Nectaron and Idaho 7 hops. A complex grain bill featuring barley, wheat, and oats provides a soft, hazy foundation for an aromatic explosion of ripe pineapple, succulent peach, and tart passion fruit. On the palate, the New Zealand hops deliver intense fruit layers balanced by a subtle citrus brightness and a delicate resinous touch. The mouthfeel is characterized by a signature velvety texture and medium-low carbonation, leading to a clean, refreshing finish that hides its 6.5% ABV well. It is a modern, hop-forward expression of adventure and craft.

Appearance. Color is a pale gold (SRM 5) with a characteristically opaque, hazy clarity that possesses a healthy shine. It supports a medium-high, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a tropical explosion of pineapple, passion fruit, and stone fruit peach. Underlying notes of citrus zest and a faint resinous character are present. The malt is low but provides a soft, bready, and grainy backbone from the oats and wheat, with clean fermentation esters.

Taste. Initial impression is remarkably juicy with high fruity hop flavors of pineapple, peach, and passion fruit. Low to medium-low grainy malt flavor provides balance. The bitterness is moderate (50 IBU) but perceived as soft and well-integrated into the full body. The finish is off-dry and refreshing with a lingering tropical hop character and no harshness.
