This Hazy IPA presents a vibrant golden hue with orange reflections and a characteristic opaque, hazy glow. The aromatic profile is defined by an intense fusion of Vista, Citra, and Mosaic hops, delivering bold layers of tropical melon, succulent mandarin, and bright lemon zest. A complex grist of barley, wheat, and both malted and flaked oats creates a notably silky, rounded mouthfeel that carries the hop-forward flavors across the palate. With its restrained bitterness and lush fruit character, the finish is smooth and approachable, highlighting the juicy essence and aromatic depth of these modern New World hop varieties.

Appearance. 4–7 SRM; golden with distinct orange reflections. Opaque and hazy with a luminous shine. Persistent, rocky white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; dominant notes of ripe melon, mango, and tropical fruit from Vista and Mosaic hops, complemented by a sharp citrus burst of mandarin and lemon from Citra. Low bready and grainy malt presence from the wheat and oats.

Taste. Initial impression of soft, tropical juice. High fruit flavor echoing the aroma’s melon and citrus notes. Low perceived bitterness providing a gentle balance against the soft malt. Neutral fermentation character. Finish is smooth and off-dry with a lingering fruit-skin aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a signature silky, soft texture derived from the heavy use of flaked oats and wheat. Moderate carbonation; no astringency or harsh hop burn.
