This Double IPA presents a lush sensory profile defined by its intensive double dry hopping. The use of Citra, Amarillo, and Mosaic Cryo delivers a saturated burst of tropical mango and passion fruit, while Hallertau Blanc adds a sophisticated touch of white grape and lemongrass. A foundational grist of Pale ale malt, flaked oats, and wheat creates a soft, golden-orange canvas with a signature silky texture. The aromatic intensity is high, leading into a flavor profile where citrus zest and stone fruit dominate, balanced by a firm but smooth bitterness. The finish is clean, allowing the vibrant hop character to linger throughout the palate.

Appearance. Yellowish-gold with distinct orange hues (6-8 SRM). Hazy and opaque with a thick, creamy, and persistent white head that leaves significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent notes of mango, passion fruit, and grapefruit. Complementary floral orange blossom and subtle white grape esters are present. Malt is low and neutral, offering a light bready sweetness.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of tangerine, pineapple, and gooseberry. Low to medium supportive malt character with soft bready notes. Bitterness is firm and assertive but smooth, without harshness. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering tropical fruit and resinous hop aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a notable creaminess and silky texture from the heavy use of oats and wheat. Carbonation is moderate. A smooth, restrained alcohol warmth is present, reflecting the 8.5% strength without being hot.

Yellowish colour with orange touches, with creamy and persistent white foam on the palate and medium bodied.
