This collaborative Double IPA delivers a vibrant sensory experience characterized by an intense and layered hop profile. The strategic use of Hallertau Blanc, El Dorado, and Cryo Citra creates a complex bouquet of tropical pineapple, white grape, and bright lime citrus. A substantial grain bill featuring Pale Ale malt, flaked oats, and malted oats provides a soft, silken foundation that balances the assertive hop presence. The beer presents a striking yellow-orange hue topped with a creamy, long-lasting head. It offers a clean, modern profile where the significant alcohol strength is expertly integrated, resulting in a fruit-forward bitterness and a lingering, resinous finish.

Appearance. Yellowish with distinct orange tones (6-8 SRM). Features a creamy, persistent white head with excellent lacing. Appearance is hazy to nearly opaque, characteristic of a heavily dry-hopped modern ale.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma dominated by tropical fruits like pineapple and mango, alongside citrus notes of grapefruit and lime. Distinctive white wine and gooseberry nuances are present. Malt is low and neutral, providing a soft, bready backdrop with no significant fermentation esters.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of ripe tropical and stone fruit. Hop flavors mirror the aroma, showcasing prominent citrus and vinous white grape. Bitterness is high but smooth, avoiding harshness. The Pale Ale and Caramalt base offers a low supportive sweetness. Finishes medium-dry with a lingering resinous and fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a notable silky and velvety texture derived from flaked and malted oats. Carbonation is moderate. Contains a noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth without being solventy or hot.
