An explosion of tropical and exotic fruit aromas led by Mosaic and Ekuanot is sharpened by the resinous pine and citrus notes of Simcoe and Cascade. The grist, featuring Pale Ale and Pilsner malts along with Flaked Oat and Flaked Wheat, creates a soft, pillowy cushion that supports the intense hop character without overshadowing it. Subtle herbal undertones from Galena emerge in the finish. It is a refreshing, complex, and balanced ale that highlights modern hop artistry over a clean malt base.
