This vibrant American Pale Ale, a collaboration with Caravelle, pours a hazy, pale yellow, signaling a modern approach to the style. The double dry hopping of Galaxy hops dominates the sensory profile, unleashing an intense bouquet of ripe melon, bright citrus, and lush tropical fruit. A foundation of Low Colour Maris Otter provides a delicate bready base, while the addition of oat malt and flocs ensures a soft, approachable texture. On the palate, exotic fruit notes transition into subtle herbal accents, concluding with a clean, pleasantly bitter, and refreshingly dry finish that balances the hop intensity.

Appearance. Yellowish to pale golden (4-6 SRM) with a distinct, persistent haze. Features a moderately large, white, creamy head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring dominant notes of ripe melon, passion fruit, and citrus zest. A low, clean, bready malt presence from the Maris Otter provides a subtle background, with no noticeable fermentation byproducts.

Taste. Initial impression is a burst of tropical and citrus fruit followed by exotic herbal hop flavors. The Low Colour Maris Otter malt provides a soft, neutral grainy support. Bitterness is moderate and firm, balancing the hop-derived fruitiness. The finish is notably dry and clean, with a lingering but pleasant bitterness in the aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a soft, slightly creamy texture derived from the oat malt and flakes. Carbonation is moderate to high, providing a refreshing prickle without any astringency or alcohol warmth.
