Escollo Pilsner presents a brilliant golden appearance capped by a persistent white foam. The sensory experience begins with a moderate bouquet of floral German hops, layered over a delicate foundation of grainy-sweet Continental Pilsner malt reminiscent of fresh dough and light honey. On the palate, a crisp, initial malt sweetness is quickly overtaken by a firm, clean bitterness that defines the German Pils style. This medium-light bodied lager finishes exceptionally dry and refreshing, with lingering floral notes and a sharp, clean fermentation profile. It exemplifies the balance between elegant malt and assertive, spicy hop character.

Appearance. Straw to deep gold (2-4 SRM); brilliant clarity; creamy, long-lasting white head with excellent lacing.
