This classic German Pils showcases the refined elegance of Hallertau hops, delivering a bouquet of delicate wildflowers, dried herbs, and a hint of white pepper. Its foundation consists of premium German and French pale malts, imparting a clean, crackery graininess with a whisper of honey. The soft, mineral-rich water sourced from a historic silver mine enhances the beer’s crispness, lending a sharp, flinty edge to the firm bitterness. Refreshingly dry and brilliantly clear, it balances a subtle bready sweetness with a lingering, noble hop finish that beautifully defines the North Rhine-Westphalian lager tradition.

Appearance. Brilliant straw-gold (approx. 3 SRM) with exceptional clarity. Topped by a thick, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity of Hallertau hops, presenting as spicy, herbal, and floral. The malt profile is low to moderate, yielding notes of toasted crackers and sweet dough. Fermentation is very clean with no esters.
