This Double IPA presents a vivid, sensory-forward profile defined by a saturated hop intensity. Leveraging a fluffy oat and wheat foundation, the beer showcases a sophisticated blend of Citra, Nelson, and Galaxy hops. Aromas lead with bright orange juice and limeade, transitioning into a lush palate of overripe papaya, pineapple, and gooseberry. The influence of Nelson is distinct, offering elegant Pinot Gris grape notes and a hint of fresh-cut grass. A pointed, saturated hop bitterness balances the thick, pulpy texture, while the signature finish delivers a lingering impression of rainbow melon. It is a powerful, modern expression of the style.

Appearance. Vivid yellow in color (4-6 SRM). Opaque and hazy with a thick, pulpy visual texture. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, creamy white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma dominated by citrus and tropical fruit. Prominent notes of fresh orange juice, limeade, and pineapple are layered over white wine esters and a hint of damp grass. Clean, neutral malt provides a subtle grainy background.

Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of tropical fruit, featuring overripe papaya and gooseberry. Complex hop flavors of Pinot Gris grapes from the Nelson hops and citrus from the Citra hops are supported by a soft, wheaty malt backbone. Saturated and pointed hop bitterness is high but well-integrated. The finish is long and fruity with a distinct melon character.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full to full-bodied with a thick, creamy, and pulpy mouthfeel. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a smooth, well-restrained alcohol warmth without any harshness or astringency.
