Tomorrow is a delicate American Pale Ale that masterfully balances a sessionable 4% ABV with a punchy hop profile. It showcases the vibrant qualities of Citra and Mosaic hops, delivering well-blended aromatic notes of fresh orange juice, ripe pineapple, and hints of fresh-cut grass. The addition of a hefty dose of oats creates a hazy, soft-textured palate that carries a light, bready malt presence. The experience is decidedly tropical and clean, finishing without a trace of astringency. It remains exceptionally drinkable, designed for a smooth transition between social plans while maintaining a high-intensity sensory impact.

Appearance. Very hazy, light yellow straw color (approx. 3-4 SRM). Features a moderately large, white, creamy head with good retention and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderately high hop intensity featuring bright citrus, tropical pineapple, and a subtle green, grassy freshness from the Citra and Mosaic hops. A low, grainy, bready malt aroma provides a subtle backbone. Fermentation is clean with very low fruity esters.

Taste. The initial impression is soft and hop-forward, led by tropical fruit flavors and zesty orange. A light, bready malt flavor supports the mid-palate. Bitterness is moderate and well-integrated, never becoming harsh. The finish is clean and relatively dry, with lingering notes of pineapple and citrus.
