Quantum Orchestra is an expressive Double IPA that balances a signature softness with a complex hop symphony. The interplay of Citra Incognito and Idaho 7 in the whirlpool, followed by a multi-layered dry hop of Citra, Strata, Eclipse, and Motueka, creates a vivid aromatic profile. Bright notes of peach rings and sweet mandarin orange lead the sensory experience, followed by zesty lemon-lime sprite and a subtle, dank earthiness. While high in strength, the beer maintains a luscious, velvety texture and a vibrant brightness. It concludes with the characteristic juice-like finish, offering a refined bitterness that supports the massive fruit-forward hop character without harshness.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6–10 SRM). Displays a dense, opaque haze with a large, creamy, persistent white head and excellent lacing.

Aroma. Intense hop aroma featuring dominant notes of tropical stone fruit and sweet citrus. High intensity scents of peach and mandarin orange are complemented by zesty lime and a pungent, resinous dankness. Malt is very low and neutral, providing a clean canvas for the hops.

Taste. Strong flavors of ripe peach and citrus marmalade lead into a mid-palate of refreshing lemon-lime. Hop bitterness is firm but exceptionally smooth, lacking any harshness or astringency. The malt character is soft and grainy, supporting the high ABV without cloying sweetness. Finish is long and bright with a lingering resinous fruitiness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a remarkably soft, creamy, and luscious texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a velvety feel. A gentle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but not solventy.
