Imperial stout with Banana, Caramel, Madagascar Vanilla, Cinnamon, and Lactose. Being fans of the famous dessert, Bananas Foster, we teamed up with Southern Grist to bring you dessert in a bottle and named it after the chemical reaction that gives cookies, toasted marshmallows, and flambéed bananas their distinctive brown color and flavor. We boiled up an imperial stout and conditioned it on banana, caramel, Madagascar vanilla, cinnamon, and a touch of lactose. Pitch black with a rich and creamy light brown head, aromas of chocolate covered bananas hit the senses first before spoons of fudge brownie mixed with banana custard, dulce de leche ice cream, and a complementary touch of sweet cinnamon spice. The mouthfeel is luxurious and creamy with a perfect interplay of all the adjuncts to bring you Bananas Foster in liquid form.
