A monumental collaboration between Equilibrium and Parish, Ghost In The Laboratory represents a masterclass in hop saturation. This Double IPA utilizes a complex layering of Citra in various forms, including Incognito and LUPOMAX, to create an olfactory explosion of extreme mango and heavy tropical nectar. The sensory experience is defined by a vivid, opaque presentation and a remarkably thick, chewy texture. Deep flavors of mango smoothie and pulpy orange juice dominate the palate, supported by a distinct melon creamsicle finish characteristic of the brewery's signature style. While the hop intensity is massive, the bitterness remains integrated within a resinous, saturated profile that balances strength with incredible fruit depth.

Appearance. Color is a vivid, opaque yellow (4-6 SRM). It features a moderate-sized, persistent white head with dense lacing and excellent retention.

Aroma. High intensity aroma featuring dominant notes of extreme mango, tropical nectar, and bright citrus. The Citra hop character is prominent, displaying layers of orange peel and resin over a low, neutral, grainy malt background with a clean fermentation profile.

Taste. The initial impression is an explosion of saturated mango smoothie and Grovestand orange juice. Complex hop flavors include tropical fruit cup in syrup, dank grass, and a rainbow melon creamsicle note. Bitterness is moderately high but smooth and resinous, avoiding harshness. The finish is lingering and fruity with a soft, sweet-leaning balance that masks the significant alcohol strength.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full to full body with a signature chewy, resinous texture. Carbonation is moderate, contributing to a creamy mouthfeel. Noticeable but smooth alcohol warmth is present, without any harsh hop-derived astringency.
