This Imperial Stout presents an indulgent sensory journey, pouring a viscous, pitch black with a dense, saturated brown head. The aromatic profile is highly intense, led by rich chocolate cookie wafers and a deep, decadent fudge brownie character, underscored by a creamy vanilla bean essence. On the palate, it delivers layers of melty vanilla ice cream and dark cocoa sandwich cookies, transitioning into a lush, cake-like batter finish. The experience is exceptionally thick and velvety, balancing the robust roasted malts with a nostalgic dessert sweetness that effectively integrates the significant alcohol presence.

Appearance. Jet black and fully opaque (40+ SRM). Crowned by a thick, creamy, dark brown head with good persistence and visible oily legs on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity; prominent notes of bittersweet chocolate, cocoa powder, and dark-roasted malts. Distinctive sweet vanilla and fudge brownie aromas dominate, with a subtle hint of dark fruit esters like raisins in the background. No hop aroma is perceived.

Taste. Intensely flavorful with a sweet initial impression of chocolate wafers and fudge. The mid-palate reveals a rich, creamy vanilla character reminiscent of sandwich cookie filling. Malt bitterness is low to moderate, largely overshadowed by the high residual sweetness of the dessert adjuncts. Finishes long and sweet with a lingering cake batter and cocoa aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Full to very full-bodied with a chewy, luscious, and velvety texture. Carbonation is low, enhancing the creamy profile. A smooth, well-integrated alcohol warmth is noticeable but lacks any harshness.
