This decadent Imperial Stout presents a masterful layering of confectionery richness over a robust malt base. An assertive aroma of deep chocolate fudge and creamy peanut butter leads into a complex palate where cacao nibs and Papua New Guinea vanilla create a luxurious, custardy profile reminiscent of Crème Brûlée. The addition of honey and peanut butter-covered pretzels introduces a nuanced honey-caramel sweetness and a subtle, biscuity saltiness. Viscous and jet-black, the experience is defined by harmonious notes of Snickers and chocolate-dipped pretzels, finishing with a smooth, lingering warmth that balances the intense, dessert-like complexity of this collaboration.

Appearance. Jet black and opaque (40+ SRM). Pours with a dense, deep tan head with moderate retention and significant viscosity, forming visible legs on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity; rich chocolate fudge and heavy creamy peanut butter dominate. Secondary notes of floral honey, aromatic Papua New Guinea vanilla, and a hint of toasted grain. Esters are low, appearing as faint dried plum.

Taste. Intense initial impression of chocolate-covered peanut butter cups and Snickers. Mid-palate reveals honey-caramel and a specific salty-sweet pretzel biscuit character. Cacao nibs provide a bittersweet chocolate backbone. The finish is reminiscent of custardy Crème Brûlée, lingering with sweet vanilla and rich malt. Bitterness is moderate but balanced by high residual sweetness.

Mouthfeel. Full-bodied, chewy, and luscious with a velvety, syrupy texture. Carbonation is low to moderate. Noticeable but smooth alcohol warmth provides a clean finish without being sharp.
