This Double IPA radiates an intense sensory transmission of modern hop character, fueled by a heavy-handed dry hop of Citra, Strata, and BRU-1. A substantial addition of oats and wheat creates a velvety, opaque foundation that carries concentrated notes of tropical orange and papaya. The aroma is a vivid blend of floral citrus and ripe berries, leading into a palate saturated with rich pineapple and a bright berry zing. Despite its 8.5% strength, the experience remains remarkably smooth, culminating in a creamy finish that balances lush fruit saturation with a refined, lingering bitterness and clean fermentation character.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange-copper; hazy to opaque with a dense, persistent off-white head that leaves significant lacing.
