Appearance. Golden color (4–5 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a moderate white head featuring fair retention and light lacing. Highly effervescent.
Aroma. Moderate intensity with a prominent sweet, corn-like malt character and subtle notes of honey. Very low floral hop aroma is present. Clean fermentation overall, though with a light, rustic funky edge and minimal fruity esters.
Taste. Initial malty sweetness with low hop bitterness. Features a neutral grainy malt flavor supported by low but distinct corny notes. Balanced palate where the hops provide just enough support for the malt. The finish is crisp and somewhat light, with a faintly sweet and clean aftertaste.
