This sophisticated Fruit Beer presents a vibrant marriage of tart cherry and complex Belgian yeast. Pouring a deep ruby, it opens with a bold bouquet of ripe cherry puree and spicy esters reminiscent of white pepper and clove. The base of Belgian malts provides a honeyed foundation that supports the vinous influence of French red wine casks.
