This Leichtes Weizen delivers a highly refreshing, sessionable experience that preserves the quintessential German Weissbier profile within a delicate, low-alcohol framework. It presents a hazy pale gold topped by a voluminous, moussy white head with excellent retention. The aromatics are defined by the classic interplay of spicy clove and ripe banana, supported by the soft, bready scent of malted wheat and a hint of grainy Pilsner malt. On the palate, the flavors are light but expressive, featuring a well-rounded balance of yeast-driven esters and a crisp, dry finish. Its high carbonation and light body make for an exceptionally spritzy and effervescent mouthfeel.
Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (approx. 3 SRM). Features a very thick, long-lasting, moussy white head with significant lacing. The beer is hazy with a characteristic yeast-and-wheat shimmer.
