Isola Del Garda is a sophisticated American Lager that elevates the style through traditional techniques and heritage ingredients. The use of Isaria 1924 ancestral malt creates a deep, golden appearance and a complex, bready malt foundation that offers more depth than a standard neutral lager. The aromatic profile is defined by a clean fermentation, highlighted by the herbal and subtly fruity nuances of Perle, Saphir, and Spalter Select hops. Having undergone seven weeks of horizontal lagering, the beer presents a remarkably smooth and balanced palate. The result is a highly drinkable, refreshing lager with a crisp finish and refined malt character.

Appearance. Pours a brilliant medium yellow to light gold (SRM 3-4) with a white, frothy head that displays moderate persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. Moderate aroma of grainy-sweet malt with a distinct bready, rustic character. Hop aroma is low to moderate, presenting spicy, herbal, and very light floral notes with a faint hint of orchard fruit. The fermentation profile is exceptionally clean.
