This potent Double IPA presents a striking straw-yellow to orange hue, signaling a high-intensity sensory experience. The triple dry-hopping process elevates a vibrant aromatic profile defined by Citra, El Dorado, and Azacca hops. Expect a luscious bouquet of ripe citrus and sun-drenched stone fruits, such as peaches and apricots, which dominate the palate. A soft, round body provides a smooth foundation that balances a firm, persistent bitterness characteristic of the style. The significant alcohol presence is expertly integrated, offering a gentle warmth that underscores the hop complexity while finishing clean and medium-dry with a lingering resinous trail.

Appearance. Pale gold to light orange (6-8 SRM) with a slight haze from extensive dry-hopping. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of ripe mango, pineapple, and tangerine from the Citra and Azacca, paired with stone fruit esters. Background malt is low and neutral, providing a clean, grainy-sweet support with a very light, smooth alcohol note.

Taste. Initial hop-forward impact of apricot, tropical fruit, and citrus pith. Malt flavor is low and unobtrusive, resembling clean cracker or pale grain. Bitterness is high and firm, yet remains smooth without harshness. The finish is medium-dry and crisp with a lingering, fruity, and resinous aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, round texture. Carbonation is moderate. Displays a noticeable but restrained and smooth alcohol warmth appropriate for its strength. No harsh hop-derived astringency.
