This Weizenbock presents a masterful fusion of a high-gravity Doppelbock’s brawn with the quintessential yeast profile of a Bavarian wheat beer. Appearance. 18–25 SRM. A deep ruby to mahogany hue with a persistent, thick, light tan moussy head and a cloudy, hazy appearance typical of unfiltered wheat beers.
Aroma. High intensity malty richness defined by bready wheat and toasted crusts. Prominent banana esters and clove phenols are balanced by dark fruit notes of raisin and plum, with a subtle hint of chocolate and warming alcohol.
