This vibrant American Pale Ale centers on a bright New Zealand hop profile, featuring the distinctive gooseberry and white grape character of Nelson Sauvin alongside the lush, tropical notes of Superdelic. The sensory experience is amplified by a fruity yeast strain that pushes stone fruit and juicy esters to the forefront of the palate. Its light-colored, hazy presentation invites the senses into a bouquet of passionfruit and crushed grape. While sessionable at its core, the beer maintains a supportive, clean malt backbone that allows the modern hop complexities to shine through a moderate bitterness, finishing crisp and refreshing.

Appearance. Pale golden (SRM 5); hazy with a moderately large, frothy white head that exhibits good retention and light lacing.
