Taste. Initial impression is hop-forward and crisp. Hop flavors of grapefruit and melon dominate, backed by a low bready malt flavor. Bitterness is moderate (approx. 35 IBU) and firm, balancing the light malt sweetness. The finish is dry and clean, with a pleasant, non-harsh hop bitterness lingering briefly in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation that provides a refreshing, prickly sensation. Very smooth with no perceived alcohol warmth or astringency.
