Delfino is a vibrant, session-strength American Pale Ale that highlights a sophisticated hop profile. A collaborative effort between Elusive Brewing and Iron Pier, it leads with a distinct New World character. The inclusion of Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron drives intense aromatics of gooseberry and ripe nectarine, while the addition of UK Ernest provides a refined, fruity backbone. Despite its low alcohol presence, the beer maintains a supportive yet clean malt structure, ensuring a crushable experience. Appearance. Pale golden color (approx. 5-6 SRM) with slight haze from dry hopping. Topped with a moderately large white head with good retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderately high hop intensity featuring distinct notes of gooseberry, white grape, and stone fruit like nectarine. A low, neutral, grainy-sweet maltiness provides a clean background with minimal fruity yeast esters.
