Bright citrus notes of pink grapefruit from Talus hops lead the charge, followed by nuanced layers of blueberry and ripe stone fruits delivered by Mosaic hops. The base provides a subtle, bready malt foundation that remains lean to showcase the vivid hop character. A clean, punctuated bitterness defines the finish, ensuring high drinkability. This light-bodied ale offers an aromatic journey through grapefruit zest and summer berries, resulting in a crisp, refreshing pint that honors tradition while embracing bold, new-world hop aromatics.
Appearance. Light copper (10 SRM) with brilliant clarity. Pours with a low to moderate off-white head that shows fair retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring prominent pink grapefruit from Talus hops alongside blueberry and mixed stone fruit notes from Mosaic. A low bready malt background supports the hops, accompanied by very low fruity fermentation esters.
Taste. Medium-high bitterness defines the initial impression. Vibrant flavors of grapefruit zest and ripe stone fruit are front and center.
