Appearance. Pale golden to light amber (6-8 SRM). Topped by a moderately large, frothy white head with good retention and delicate lacing. Clarity is brilliant.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of tangerine, pink grapefruit, and tropical stone fruit. A clean, resinous pine sap character is evident. Malt is low and neutral, providing a subtle grainy foundation. Clean fermentation profile with no significant esters.
Taste. The initial impression is hop-forward, bursting with tangerine and grapefruit citrus. A secondary layer of pine sap and stone fruit adds complexity. Bitterness is moderate and refined, balancing the hop-derived oils. The malt flavor is supportive and lightly bready, leading to a crisp, very dry finish with lingering citrus and resin.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate-high carbonation that enhances the crisp, refreshing character. No perceived alcohol warmth. Smooth finish with no astringency.
