Anthemis is a graceful, sessionable interpretation of a Belgian Blond Ale, presenting a luminous gold hue. The sensory profile is defined by a delicate layering of whole chamomile flowers and fresh orange peel, which provide elegant floral and bright citrus top notes. Amarillo hops add a modern twist, contributing hints of apricot and grapefruit that meld seamlessly with the traditional peppery yeast phenols. A foundation of grainy-sweet malt offers a soft, honey-like counterpoint to the botanical complexity.
