Ellicottville’s Mimosa pours a pale golden color with a slight haze and a fleeting head of off-white foam. One the nose, look for strong notes of grapefruit to come forth thanks to dry-hopping with lots of Hallertau Blanc, plus orange thanks to plentiful Sabro.
