This Mediterranean take on a German Pils offers a bright, aromatic profile that departs from tradition with its unfiltered, blurry blonde appearance. The nose is exceptionally expressive, led by dominant scents of acacia and honeyed orange blossom that intertwine with delicate, herbal hop notes. On the palate, a foundation of fresh, grainy malt provides a brief sweetness before giving way to a pleasant, lingering bitterness. Double fermentation ensures a crisp, clean character, finishing dry with a light, floral afterglow that balances its refreshing, effervescent nature. This lager remains light and crisp while showcasing a unique floral complexity beyond standard continental examples.

Appearance. Deep straw to light gold (3-4 SRM). Notable for its blurry, hazy appearance instead of being brilliant. Features a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head with fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderately high intensity with a distinctive floral character. Primary notes of sweet acacia and orange blossom are layered over a background of spicy, herbal hops. A low, clean grainy-sweet malt presence provides a honey-like base.
