This American Pale Ale presents a modern, hazy interpretation of the style, pushing the boundaries with its vibrant stone fruit character and an unexpected refreshing edge. A deep golden pour releases an inviting, moderately high aroma of ripe peach, supported by a clean, neutral grainy malt backbone. On the palate, a light malty sweetness interplays with juicy fruit flavors before a unique, subtle tartness emerges to sharpen the finish. Appearance. Deep golden color (7-9 SRM) with a persistent haze. Pours with a small, white head of moderate retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to moderately high hop-forward intensity featuring prominent notes of ripe peach and tropical stone fruit. Supported by a low, neutral to slightly grainy malt character with very clean fermentation and negligible esters beyond the hop-driven fruitiness.

A moderate hop bitterness provides structure, though it is complemented by an unusual, faint tartness that adds a refreshing, crisp twist. Finishes medium-dry and clean with a lingering stone fruit aftertaste.
