Elgood’s Brewery Coolship Release #1

Elgoods is a family owned brewery housed in the North Brink Brewery in the heart of the fens.  The Brewery was established in 1795 and was one of the first classic Georgian breweries to be built outside of London.  Elgoods Coolship is a true English sour ale.  A long period of fermentation and maturation in special tanks enables naturally occurring wild yeasts, combined with oak, to create a sharp and fruity flavour.
