This Triple IPA delivers a high-intensity sensory journey powered by a grain bill of Premium Pilsner malt, malted and flaked oats, and White wheat. A double dry-hopped profile showcases the distinctive white wine and crushed gooseberry notes of Nelson hops, harmonizing with the pungent passionfruit of Galaxy and the stone fruit character of Rakau. Despite the high strength, the addition of milk sugar provides a soft, rounded sweetness that balances the firm bitterness. The experience is defined by a dense, saturated hop oil character and a luscious, creamy texture that carries layers of tropical and vinous complexity.

Appearance. 4–7 SRM. Pours a deep gold to pale orange with a persistent, thick, mousse-like white head leaving significant lacing. Characteristically hazy to opaque due to the heavy use of oats and wheat.

Aroma. Intense and multifaceted hop aroma; high notes of passionfruit, peach, and citrus from Galaxy and Rakau, followed by the distinctive vinous, white grape character of Nelson. Subtle grainy sweetness from Pilsner malt is buried under a heavy blanket of tropical fruit esters.

Taste. Initial blast of ripe tropical fruit, apricot, and melon. The mid-palate reveals a soft, doughy malt presence and a gentle sweetness from the milk sugar. Hop bitterness is firm but smooth, never harsh. Finishes with a lingering resinous and fruity aftertaste with a clean, slightly sweet edge.

Mouthfeel. Full-bodied and exceptionally creamy with a velvety texture from the flaked oats and lactose. Moderate carbonation. A noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth provides a pleasant glow without being solventy.
