The pour is dominated by vibrant Raspberry, which provides a sharp, jammy tartness that is beautifully rounded by the aromatic warmth of Vanilla. The inclusion of Red Rooibos tea adds an essential earthy, woody layer and a subtle spice that interacts with the funk of the wild fermentation. This ale manages to feel both refreshing and indulgent, as the creamy sweetness of the vanilla softens the lactic acidity, while the tea tannins provide a structured, dry finish that tames the berry intensity.
Appearance. Deep magenta to ruby-red in color; a thick, pink-tinted head shows moderate retention before fading to a persistent ring. The clarity is hazy to nearly opaque, typical of heavily fruited wild ales.

Low malt presence allows the herbal, slightly woody notes of the tea to emerge in the finish. Hop bitterness is negligible; the balance is driven by the interplay of acidity and fruit esters. Mouthfeel. Medium body with a noticeable creaminess from the vanilla. Carbonation is moderate, providing a light prickle that cuts through the fruit density. A light alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated, and a slight tannic astringency from the tea and fruit skins adds structure.
