This modern interpretation of a Kölsch bridges the gap between a traditional German ale and a contemporary Pale Ale. It presents a clean, grainy malt foundation that allows the vibrant character of Mosaic and Centennial hops to shine. Expect a bright bouquet of tropical fruit and zesty citrus, specifically notes of blueberry, mango, and lemon peel, woven into a crisp, refreshing profile. The mouthfeel stays true to the style's lager-like finish while delivering the aromatic punch of a craft hop-forward beer. It balances delicate yeast esters with a firm, drying bitterness that results in a highly sessionable, well-attenuated profile.
