This celebratory Hazy IPA delivers an intense tropical sensory experience, driven by a powerhouse hop trifecta of Mosaic, Citra, and the experimental HBC 586. The aroma is a saturated medley of ripe mango, exotic lychee, and bright lime zest that carries through to the palate. A significant addition of oats creates a hallmark pillowy soft mouthfeel, providing a smooth, velvety texture that balances the massive hop saturation. The finish is remarkably clean and juice-forward, with the restrained bitterness typical of the style allowing the vibrant, fruit-heavy characteristics and subtle bready malt to remain the focal point of every sip.

Appearance. Straw to light amber with a soft orange hue; opaque haze with a healthy shine; persistent, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring mango, lychee, and lime; secondary notes of stone fruit and citrus. Malt is low and supportive with a grainy, lightly bready character; fermentation is clean with subtle fruity esters.
