Taste. Initial impression of bright citrus and stone fruit. Medium-high bitterness is clean and well-supported by a low, crackery malt flavor. Dominant hop flavors include grapefruit zest, sappy pine, and ripe nectarine. The finish is medium-dry and crisp, leaving a lingering hoppy and spicy aftertaste without harshness.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a crisp mouth-coating sensation. Alcohol warmth is very light and well-integrated; no astringency is present.
