Gizmo is a bright and exceptionally sessionable American Pale Ale that balances modern hop intensity with high drinkability. The signature hop duo of Mosaic and Talus drives the sensory profile, offering an inviting bouquet of pink grapefruit, succulent stone fruit, and a distinct touch of fresh pine. On the palate, the hop-forward character remains clean and focused, supported by a delicate, grainy malt foundation. Appearance. Pale golden (approximately 5 SRM). Large, white, frothy head with good retention and light lacing. Brilliant clarity.
Aroma. Moderate to high hop aroma featuring pink grapefruit, tropical fruit, and stone fruit from Mosaic, complemented by fresh pine and floral notes from Talus. Low neutral grainy maltiness provides a clean background. Fermentation esters are low and well-integrated.
Taste. Initial impression of bright citrus and stone fruit. Moderate bitterness is well-balanced by a low, bready malt presence. Hop flavors mirror the aroma with lingering grapefruit and resinous pine. Fermentation is clean, leading to a crisp, dry finish with a pleasant, short-lived hoppy aftertaste.
