El Fakin Project Juegos De Azahar
This Double IPA showcases a vibrant, tropical profile anchored by the trio of Azacca, Callista, and Mosaic Cryo hops. The inclusion of orange blossom honey during fermentation imparts sophisticated floral aromatics and helps ensure a clean, dry finish. It pours a hazy, saturated gold with an explosive aroma of mango, berry, and ripe stone fruit. The palate is defined by punchy citrus and resinous notes, balanced by a soft, medium-full body. Despite the firm bitterness, the experience remains smooth, with the 8.2% ABV contributing a well-integrated warmth that enhances the beer’s depth without overpowering the delicate floral honey nuances.
Appearance. Hazy, deep gold to light orange; moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring mango and pineapple from Azacca, peach and apricot from Callista, and mixed berries from Mosaic Cryo. A distinct floral, orange blossom note is present, supported by a neutral, grainy malt background and a light, clean alcohol presence.
Taste. Strong hop flavors of passionfruit, blueberry, and stone fruit dominate the palate. The orange blossom honey provides a floral essence rather than residual sweetness. Moderately high bitterness that is firm but smooth. The malt character is low and supportive, reminiscent of white bread. The finish is dry and clean with a lingering resinous and fruity aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, creamy texture. Moderate carbonation. Noticeable but smooth alcohol warmth at 8.2% ABV. Very low astringency.

Cómo ya nos conocen la mano, la cosa va lupulada con ganas, pero con un ingrediente extra “azharoso“!
Hicimos una Doble NEIPA de 8,2% con un toque de miel de azahar de naranjo en fermentación y luego dos tandas de un dry hop de enormes cantidades con lúpulos Azzaca, Callista y Mosaic Cryo.
El resultado es una IPA ni tan hazy, con aromas a mango, naranja, miel y resina. En boca es seca, con un marcado amargor que equilibra la sensación dulzona de la miel.
Maridaje: Queque con zanahora, queso camembert y nueces.
Estilo: Doble NEIPA c/ miel de azahar y lúpulos Azzaca, Callista y Mosaic Cryo.
