El Camino Wetsuit is a lush Hazy IPA characterized by an intense, juicy profile driven by a heavy dry-hopping of CRYO Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe. This combination delivers a vivid sensory experience of tropical mango, sharp passion fruit, succulent peach, and sweet melon. The appearance is notably turbid, reminiscent of a wheat beer, leading into a creamy, smooth texture on the palate. Despite its aromatic intensity, the bitterness remains restrained, allowing the vibrant stone fruit and tropical notes to lead. The result is a highly drinkable, fruit-forward ale with a soft, rounded finish and substantial hop-derived complexity.
Appearance.Deep straw to golden (approx. 5 SRM); opaque, hazy clarity with a luminous shine. Features a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and thick lacing.
Aroma.High intensity hop-forward bouquet featuring distinct notes of ripe mango, passion fruit, and peach. Secondary layers of sweet melon and citrus zest are supported by a faint, bready, neutral malt backbone. Clean fermentation profile with no distracting esters or phenols.
Taste. An explosion of tropical fruit flavors, primarily mango and melon, following the aroma. Low to moderate bitterness provides just enough balance without becoming sharp. Malt character is lightly grainy and supportive. The finish is off-dry and smooth, leaving a lingering impression of soft stone fruit and citrus.
Mouthfeel.Medium-full body with a remarkably smooth, creamy texture. Moderate carbonation provides a gentle lift. Very light alcohol warmth is present, well-integrated at 6.4% ABV, with no astringency or harsh hop bite.
