En El Búho no sólo cuidamos la calidad de los ingredientes, sino que ponemos especial énfasis en fabricar cerveza cómo se lo hacía antiguamente y cómo aún hoy se realiza en muchas pequeñas cervecerías del viejo continente, intentando recrear los estilos tradicionales, para poder ofrecer a nuestros visitantes una variedad de sabores, aromas y colores.
En El Búho recreamos las variedades tradicionales de la cerveza inglesa. Para lograr esto, tenemos especial cuidado en la selección de los ingredientes para su elaboración, asegurándonos que sean 100% naturales y de primerísima calidad.
Las maltas utilizadas varían en su proporción según el estilo entre un 100% y 90% de la variedad Pilsen Nacional y el resto de tipos especiales importadas de Europa. Entre estas últimas encontramos maltas tostadas, torradas y caramelizadas.
Se utilizan varias variedades de lúpulo, todos también importados de Europa. Entre estos se destacan las variedades Kent Golding y Fuggles, que aportan el original estilo inglés de nuestras cervezas.
La levadura es una cepa tradicional inglesa de fermentación alta.
No se utilizan aditivos ni conservantes.
